The Cobram Artisan Collection of flavors are created by blending 100% California extra virgin olive oil with an oleoresin based essential oil. By using essential oils, we are able to keep the flavor profile and intensity of each product consistent over time. Also, because the actual fruit/vegetable is never directly infused into the oil, the collection can be safely consumed by those looking to follow a Low Fodmap diet.
