We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Chef Curtis Stone as a official Brand Ambassador for Cobram Estate USA! Curtis has been a longtime fan of Cobram Estate and now we are thrilled to be joining together to shine more light on all Cobram Estate has to offer. 

This journey began a few years ago when Curtis visited the Cobram Estate olive groves and processing mill back in Australia. After learning about all the amazing details involved in our extra virgin olive oil production – we kept in touch – and when Cobram expanded to California, we teamed up with Curtis to help create his very own blends of extra virgin olive oil for​ his line on the Home Shopping Network.

Curtis Visits Cobram Estate USA

Chef Curtis Stone recently experienced the passion behind every bottle of Cobram Estate during an immersive visit to our groves in Northern California. Joined by Cobram Estate COO Conor Churchin, Chef Stone was able to dive head first into our tree to table journey.

The day began at the historic Debo Ranch, our oldest olive grove and home to over 30,000 olive trees. Here, Chef Stone witnessed a truly remarkable sight: Colossus in action. This extraordinary harvester, one of 25 in existence, demonstrates Cobram Estate’s leadership in agricultural innovation. Engineered by our team, Colossus can harvest an impressive 200 pounds of olives in under two minutes, demonstrating the balance of efficiency and the careful handling that preserves extra virgin olive oil quality.

The journey continued at our newly expanded processing facility and mill, where Curtis observed our approach in how we craft each olive into our 100% California award-winning extra virgin olive oil. Not only is our dedication to quality evident in our pick to press standards: olives move from harvest to processing in under six hours, our state-of-the-art mill carefully transforms each olive into the delicious liquid gold synonymous with Cobram Estate.

Throughout the day, Curtis was able to gain a deeper understanding into what makes Cobram Estate truly special as our team shared not just our story, but our commitment to investing longterm into the California agricultural landscape. From innovative farming practices to the olives we choose to cultivate, our operations exemplify a seamless combination of modern agriculture and time-honored craftsmanship.
