Ingredients

 -1 French baguette, sliced into ½ inch thick rounds

– 1 wheel of Camembert cheese

– Roasted onion chutney (store-bought or homemade)

– Fresh sprigs of thyme

Crostini with Camembert & Roasted Onion Chutney

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle each slice with a little bit of Cobram Estate Everyday Essentials Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
